PRCA Russia spearheads ethical issues and standards in Russia within the communications industry and related areas. Since 2020, PRCA Russia, together with AKAR, has been working on the creation of a code of practice in the field of communications as part of the Coordination Council of the communications industry at the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation public. As part of this activity, 34 industry associations are united, specializing in various fields, such as advertising, marketing, communications, events, digital, branding, research and political technologies.
